Welcome to SRD Prints (srdprints.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of printing services from SRD Prints. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Artwork

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp before production begins.
  • Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork in the correct format (PDF, AI, or high-resolution JPEG/PNG).
  • SRD Prints is not responsible for any errors in design, spelling, or color if the customer has approved the final proof.
  • We reserve the right to reject any artwork that contains illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment or an agreed advance must be made before production begins.
  • Prices may vary based on quantity, material, size, and finish selected.
  • GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
  • Urgent orders may be accommodated at an additional charge, subject to availability.
  • SRD Prints is not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Delhi NCR and other parts of India via trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • SRD Prints is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit by third-party courier services.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

6. Quality & Reprints

  • We take utmost care to ensure every order meets high quality standards.
  • Minor color variations between screen display and printed output are normal and not considered defects.
  • If there is a printing error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.
  • Reprints or refunds will not be provided for errors in customer-supplied artwork that was approved before printing.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before artwork approval with a full refund.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on srdprints.com — including logos, images, and text — is the property of SRD Prints and may not be copied or used without written permission.
  • By submitting artwork to SRD Prints, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have obtained proper authorization to use it.

9. Limitation of Liability

SRD Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

SRD Prints reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
