Best Custom Stickers in Delhi

What nobody tells you before you order

At SRD Prints, we’ve spent years figuring out what actually makes Best Custom Stickers in Delhi survive real-world conditions—heat, humidity, and rough handling.

I once ordered stickers from a local printer. Price was fair, design looked solid on screen, samples came out fine. Three weeks after the products hit the shelf, the labels had started peeling off the bottles. That reprint cost more than the original order — and the delay cost even more in lost sales.

That experience pushed us to work differently at SRD Prints. Most Custom Stickers in Delhi failures are avoidable. They happen because of one wrong call early in the process — and that call is almost always the material choice.

The Part Most People Get Wrong

When companies contact us for Custom Stickers in Delhi, it is the design which is at the bottom of the demand hierarchy. It starts with where the product is going, what it will go through, and how long the label actually needs to stick around.

A bottle in a refrigerator has very different requirements than a label on a cardboard container in a dry warehouse.. Both need stickers — but they do not need the same sticker. And honestly, that is where things start to go wrong.

Clients who come to us after a bad experience elsewhere almost always tell the same story — wrong material for the environment, no sample check before the full run, artwork issues that nobody caught. These are not complicated problems. They just need someone asking the right questions before the job goes to print.

Four Materials — Plain and Simple

Here is what we use at SRD Prints and where each one makes sense:

MaterialGood ForWaterproofLastsFinish
VinylBottles, vehicles, outdoorYes5-7 yrsGlossy or Matte
PaperDry indoor labels, boxesNoShort termGlossy or Matte
TransparentGlass jars, skincare, cosmeticsYes3-5 yrsCrystal clear
MetallicLuxury packaging, gifts, lubricantsYes3-5 yrsGold or Silver

Vinyl is the first choice whenever a product will face real-world handling. Edges stay put, colour holds, and it stays stuck whether the surface is wet, hot, or constantly touched. Outdoor use, curved bottles — vinyl.

Paper works when the environment is controlled and dry, and keeping cost per unit low matters more than durability. It prints beautifully for boxes, dry food packaging, and indoor retail labels.

Transparent is for when you want the product to show through the label rather than be hidden under it. Skincare and beverage brands use it most because the packaging itself becomes part of the design.

Metallic does the most work in one second. Gold or silver foil grabs attention on a shelf before anything else. Premium food packaging and lubricant brands count on it for exactly that reason.

What Delhi’s Conditions Do to Stickers

Summer temperatures in Delhi regularly cross 45 degrees. Monsoon brings weeks of humidity that most people do not think about when placing an order in March. Cold storage facilities create condensation on the outside of bottles within minutes.

Standard materials handle none of these conditions well. After watching normal materials fail repeatedly in Indian conditions, we moved to UV-resistant inks and BOPP for most food-grade and outdoor work. The cost difference is small. The performance difference is not.

One client shipped to Rajasthan in June. Everything looked fine leaving Delhi. By the time the truck arrived, labels were lifting. The same order reprinted on vinyl — no problems. That kind of mistake is completely avoidable when the right material is chosen from the start.

The Artwork Step Nobody Wants to Spend Time On

A large share of printing problems start in the design file, not on the press. Wrong colour profiles, missing bleed area, fonts that look crisp at 72pt but blur at 8mm — these are common. They are also invisible until the print comes out.

Every file goes through a proper check before it heads to print. It adds a few hours. It also stops batches of 5,000 labels from coming out wrong. For clients ordering serious quantities, this step is not optional — it is just sensible.

Who We Print Custom Stickers in Delhi

Food manufacturers — labels that stay readable and attached through a full shelf life, sometimes six months or more.

Lubricant and engine oil brands — material that holds up around grease, solvents, and rough handling in automotive environments.

Edible oil producers — oil runs down the outside of bottles constantly. Standard paper labels last about a week in that situation.

Household cleaning brands — chemical-resistant material that does not absorb or react with what is inside the bottle.

Beverage companies — labels that grip when condensation builds up on a chilled surface.

These are genuinely different requirements. The best custom stickers in Delhi for a mustard oil bottle are not the right stickers for a shampoo jar. Getting that match right is most of what we do.

Questions We Hear Most Often

What is the smallest order SRD Prints accepts?

No fixed minimum. We handle small trial runs and large bulk orders. Cost per unit drops as quantity goes up, but we never turn away a smaller order.

How soon can I get my Custom Stickers in Delhi ?

Once the artwork is approved, most orders are out within two working days. For large or specialist jobs, we sort out the timeline upfront so nothing catches you off guard.

Can I see a sample before printing the full batch?

Always. We print samples before committing to a full run. It is the only honest way to verify colour, material feel, and adhesive performance on your specific surface.

My product goes into cold storage. Which material holds up?

Vinyl and BOPP both stay stuck in cold, damp conditions. Condensation is not a problem for either. Paper-based labels are not suitable for this environment.

Can you cut stickers into custom shapes?

Yes. Die-cut is part of our standard service. We cut around your design — logo shape, product outline, anything custom. You are not limited to squares or circles.

One Last Thing

Most people who call us before placing their first order spend about five minutes on that call. That conversation almost always catches something — a material that would not have worked, an artwork issue, a quantity that could have been priced better.

It costs nothing. It saves the kind of problem that costs a lot to fix later.
